Unexpected Tropical Bliss Awaits

Our mornings began with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, left at our door. The oceanfront room offered breathtaking sunrises, and every meal was a vibrant celebration. Thanks to Moses and Daisy, they made us feel at home!

Although the beach was mostly clear, the seaweed did return by the afternoon, requiring the hotel’s staff to manage it. A minor inconvenience during an otherwise perfect stay.

The spa treatments were amazing, especially the Temezcal. The ocean view suite was spacious and perfect for our anniversary celebration.

Consider visiting the spa early in the morning for a quieter experience and exquisite treatments that enhance relaxation.

It’s not all bad, but it’s not all good

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a genuinely welcoming ambiance! The spa treatments after yoga were an absolute highlight, leaving me revitalized.

Room service was a tad slow, which affected the overall dining experience! Also, some food prices felt inflated compared to nearby options.

I recently stayed for 2 nights and absolutely loved the amazing ocean view from my room and the delicious, gourmet food offered. The spa treatments were blissful, but the bar prices were a bit steep for my liking. I'd definitely return!

I also encountered a slight annoyance with the breakfast service, as one day it was unusually slow and unresponsive, which left a bitter aftertaste for an otherwise beautiful experience.

I appreciated the lush landscape and well-kept paths making it easy to navigate, providing serene views that enhanced relaxation. The thoughtful arrangement of nature seamlessly integrated with luxurious amenities made it a delightful escape for all ages.

Consider more shaded areas by the pool.

Our Deluxe Garden View Room was beautifully arranged with a focus on comfort. The king bed felt amazing, and the indoor-outdoor shower was a unique touch. We enjoyed the tropical vibes, with beautiful rice art welcoming us. The room had a great energy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. It made our stay feel so special, blending luxury with nature seamlessly.
